We offer a tailor-made Access to Work service to both employers and Deaf employees. We always start with some initial discussions to get to know you and to find out about your requirements. This could be face to face, on the telephone, via email or facetime – whichever way you prefer! We then plan with you, your access and communication requirements.
We keep in regular contact to monitor how things are going and you can feedback to us at any time. We can provide as little or as much support with ATW paperwork as you choose. We have been doing this for over 10 years!
